M City Residence is a 200m² 3-level house of with a private terrace.

It is fully renovated in June 2023 and has minimal decoration.

It consists of 3 independent bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, a living room/dining area and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor consists of a private terrace, living/ dining room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with shower.

Elevated floor consists of a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom with shower.

Semi basement floor consist of a double bed (180 x 200) or  two single beds (90x200) and a comfortable sofa which converts in  two single beds (85 x 190) or a double bed (170 x 190).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical facilities, oven, microwave, and includes a six-seat table.

The beds are hand-made. Mattresses, bed linen, and towels are all Coco-Mat, which are 100% organic, hypo allergic and made of natural materials.

Independent air-conditioning units are installed on each floor.

The M City residence is open all year round and can accommodate up to nine people. Also in each bedroom easily can be added one baby cot.
